I am a full service mortgage broker for residential homes, investment homes and providing Conventional, FHA, VA, and HELOC/Home Equity Lines of Credit. Self-Employed borrowers or borrowers that cannot prove income or employment are among my specialties. I have been licensed as a Mortgage Broker and Loan Originator for 21 Years. I do not outsource my processing which saves the clients about $1000.00 and allows me to keep a tighter control of their confidential information. Only the underwriting department receives these documents to complete the loan file.
